Even after the typhoon recedes and weather improves, it may take some days to restore normal schedules of vessel departure as they need to reposition cargo ship vessel and undertake other operational adjustments based on the revised slots and clearances at the affected ports. while on the land deliveries there are still areas which are not passable as of the moment.
